Our Community Access Initiative

Kah Lawyers Community Access is an Initiative aimed at making our firm’s expertise and resources available to those in the community who are not able to access full service legal representation.

Our Community Access Initiative is run by a team of solicitors, with experience and expertise in immigration law, who can assist in providing low cost innovative immigration solutions.

Areas of Practice

We can assist by providing low cost, fixed fee, confidential advice in the following areas:

• Refugee and Humanitarian visas;
• Ministerial Requests;
• Bridging visa applications;
• Domestic Violence;
• Visa refusals and cancellations;
•  Drafting statutory Declarations;
• Checking Applications Forms; and
•  Attending the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for interview with you.
